Terms of Service

The Outreach Platform is a done-for-you, managed service operated by Joeckel Design (Green Bay, WI). By engaging the service you agree to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

All outbound messaging is run on compliant infrastructure: SMS uses A2P 10DLC-registered numbers with opt-out handling, and voice campaigns honor do-not-contact rules. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content and offers you approve for outreach.

Plans are billed monthly and include a usage allotment across channels; usage beyond the allotment is passed through near cost. Either party may cancel with notice as described in your agreement.
